Buffets 4 U is run by Caroline Macleman based at Avoch in the beautiful Black Isle.  Caroline’s menus utilise the best local produce - beef from local cattle from the local Fortrose  butcher.  Good home cooked food using the finest ingredients.

Buffets 4 U has a large selection of finger buffet menus at a range of prices to suit all budgets.  Very popular are the homemade sausage rolls, chicken breast kebabs and mini quiches.

Menus for cold buffets serving home roasted Black Isle beef, home roasted honey glazed ham, poached Scottish salmon and West Coast prawn platter, served with a range of homemade salads with dressings.

Menus for hot food ranging from Chilli con carne, Roast Black Isle beef and Yorkshire pudding, Beef Bourguignon, West Coast  Prawn Provencal, and more besides.

Recently becoming popular are Carolines Curry meals. From Homemade onion bhajis, Pakoras, Chicken Dopiaza, Prawns in chilli & coconut curry, Poatato & Spinch Curry.

Looking for a Scottish meal  homemade Stovies  & Oatcakes using the best local produce or Haggis Neeps & Tatties.

Menus for delicious home made desserts – Raspberry Pavlova and Chocolate profiteroles – to die for.
